WHO WE ARE

SE Productions was founded by Sam Minkoff and Cassie Hendrickson in 2013. Our first events began with Whitewater Rafting trips to Leavenworth, Winery Tours to Wenatchee and Sushi Making classes in Fremont under our Sound Excursions vertical.

We launched our brunch festival Bacon Eggs & Kegs at Lumen Field in 2015, which sold out in its first year, and has taken place now in 3 cities and has become an annual event in Seattle.

Our concept Sumo + Sushi came to life in 2016 at WAMU Theater. Partnering with legendary Sumo wrestler Konishiki, we fly in world champion Sumo wrestlers from Japan to allow guests to experience the culture of this incredible sport through live matches, education & fresh sushi. This experience now takes place across the East and West Coast.

Field To Table is proudly the first dining series on a professional sports field. During the first two runs in Seattle, over 15k guests were served a gourmet four course meal from some of Seattle’s best chefs and restaurants.

We now oversee Taste Washington, the Nation’s largest single-region wine and food festival, where wine culture meets culinary excellence over a series of events in Seattle.

Over the course of 11 years, our business has evolved into a full service event production company with a national presence and unparalleled reputation. We create our own unique events which makes us experts at delivering custom experiences and activations for our clients.
